These terms keep a simple device-to-device transfer tool safe and usable for everyone. By using DropToPhone, you agree to them.
Permitted use
You may use DropToPhone to transfer files that you own or are authorized to handle. You are responsible for the devices, recipients and content you choose.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to distribute malware, unlawful material, intimate content without consent, infringing material, or to probe, disrupt or overload the service or another device.
Availability and file safety
Transfers depend on both browsers, devices and networks remaining available. Keep your original file until the receiving device confirms completion and you have opened or saved it. Browser memory and operating-system limits can restrict very large files.
No warranty
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
